1. What is virtual run?

    Virtual run is a self-motivated race that you can run , walk or hike at anytime/anywhere you like. You can run on the road, trail, treadmill or even participate in another race.

  2. How does a virtual run works?

    Register to one of our virtual runs upcoming run or Featured Run, after payment made, you will receive confirmation email with e-bib. Save it or print out during your run (optional). You can start your run at anytime/anywhere you like within the event period. After complete your run, you can send the result to our WhatsApp number +60102105837. We will post the finishers' entitlement after event end date.

  3. What different between Upcoming run and RC featured run?

    There's race pack difference. Upcoming run finisher's entitlement including finisher t-shirt and medal, while Featured Run is only run for medal collection.

  4. When will I receive my finisher's entitlements?

    Your finisher's entitlement will be shipped to you a few days later after event end date. For those who joined Featured Run, we'll ship out your medal within 14 days after your run results verified.

  5. Who can participate?

    Anyone! Young or old, fast or slow – we encourage participants of all ability levels.

  6. Why should I do a virtual run?

    A virtual run is a good self-motivated race that keep you on track with your health and fitness goals. And also a chance to add a really cool medal to your collection.

  7. Do I have to complete the distance all at one time or can I break it up into different days?

    The race are not require to finish in one run. Feel free to break it up into several runs if you need to.

  8. How do I track my distance and time my run?

    You can track by GPS running watch, free smartphone running apps that can show your run distance and date. For those run on treadmill, you can snapshot the run result from the display screen or switch your running app to treadmill mode while run on treadmill.

  9. When and Where do I post my result?

    Send your result to our whatsApp number +60102105837. Upload your run result only when all distance completed. For those who registered in group, please get your group leader help to upload result for you.

  10. Can I use the same result for different races?

    Yes, you can.

  11. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! We welcome participants from all around the world.
